SAMSQUE-15: The composition of Tolvaptan 15 mg is an oral, selective vasopressin V2-receptor antagonist that increases free water clearance by blocking antidiuretic hormone (ADH) action at the distal nephron. It is used in the management of clinically significant hypervolemic and euvolemic hyponatremia, especially in heart failure and SIADH, and in patients with ADPKD to slow renal decline.
